Internal Angles

Internal Angles is a new body of work that I started about 1 month ago. I was inspired by a discussion with my youngest son about calculating interior angles of regular polygons.... very exciting homework related stuff!! I rediscovered the imporance of triangles in our built environment, I saw traingles every where!! Triangles, human interactions with the natural environment and a deep love of square wire lead to the work below.

Making again at last

Finally.....I have set up my studio and kiln and have started making again. We are still in the midst of unpacking and sorting out our stuff but I just couldn't wait.

I am designing a range of black on white enamels set in sterling silver. It's so very exciting to be making again, I really missed it!!
